Web application for addressing complaints from citizens and local communities
PC Roads of the BH would like to inform all interested parties that it has launched a web application for addressing complaints. The web application was launched as part of a Grievance Redress Mechanism intended for citizens and local communities affected by the Federation Roads Modernization Programme.
These mechanisms will inform the affected communities about the activities related to the Programme, act preventively and address community concerns, reduce risks and enhance the process of positive social changes.

The complainants will also be able to seek other legal remedies in accordance with the laws and regulations of the FBH at all times.
