Public Consultations on Environmental Permit for construction of Goražde Bypass
In accordance with Environmental Protection Act, articles 61 and 62 (Official Gazette of BiH“, No. 33/03 and No. 38/09), Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism invites residents of Goražde Municipality and all interested parties and NGOs to take participation in Public Consultations on EIA, EMP and Waste Management Plan for provision of environmental permit for the construction of Goražde Bypass to the Investor, PC Roads of the Federation of BiH.
Public discussions will take place on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 11.00 in business premises of the City Council of Goražde Municipality, Maršala Tita Street 2.
Agenda:
- Presentation of legal framework for provision of environmental permit (representative of the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism)
- Presentation of Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plan and Waste Management Plan (representative of the Consultant – SENDO d.o.o. Sarajevo and the Investor).
- Questions, discussion, answers and explanations.
Documentation for provision of environmental permit can be inspected in business premises of Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism – Environmental Permit Department, Marka Marulića Street 2, Sarajevo, offices 108/109 and on the web site of the Ministry, as well as on the web site of the PC Roads of the FBiH.
