Meeting of the Working Group for Development of Operational Programs for Road Bridges Maintenance on the Croatian – Bosnian Border
Meeting of the Working Group for Development of Operational Programs for the Road Bridges Maintenance on the common state border of the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina was held today in business premises of the PC Roads of the FBH.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of Hrvatske ceste Ltd, company in charge of the management, construction and maintenance of the state roads of the Republic of Croatia and representatives of the PC Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, appointed by the BH Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Programmes of routine and extraordinary maintenance of two road bridges over r. Sava, being under the responsibility of the PC Roads of the FBH, have been developed:
- Bridge over r. Sava at Slavonski/ Bosanski Šamc on the road M17 BH/ DC7 RH, and
- Bridge over r. Sava at Županja/ Orašje on the road M1.8 BH/ DC55 RH.
These programmes will be submitted to the BH Ministry of Transport and Communications and will form part of the future agreement between the Council of Ministers of BH and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the maintenance of road bridges on the common state border in order to improve traffic connection between the two neighbouring states.
