Contracts for works execution on main road M17.3 Neum – Stolac, section Stari Neum – Broćanac have been signed today in the premises of the PC Roads of the Federation of BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo.

The above section is divided into two lots for which the following contracts were signed today:

  • LOT 1: Asphalt Laying on section Stari Neum - Babin Do (L = 5, 3 km), Construction of road Babin Do - Oštrovac (L = 1, 7 km), Construction of Oštrovac tunnel (L = 190 m) and Oskorušnica underpass (10m). The contractor is INTEGRAL INŽINJERING a.d. Laktaši. Contract amount is BAM 6.027.207, 03.
  • LOT 2: Construction of road section Oštrovac - Broćanac (L = 5 km). Construction works include the road alignment and three underpasses (3, 5 x 5 m). The contractor is JV HP INVESTING d.o.o. Mostar and PUTOVI d.o.o. Grude. Contract amount is BAM 5.924.253, 83.

The signing of the contracts was attended by Federal Minister of Transport and Communications and representatives of the Investors and the Contractors. Contracts will be funded from the World Bank (WB) and European Investment Bank (EIB) funds, and this can be considered the official beginning of the Road Sector Modernization Program in FBiH. The planned works commencement is February 2018, while the total value of the works on this section amounts to BAM 11, 9 million.
