Department of Economic and Financial Affairs

Department of Economic and Financial Affairs provide the following:

  • Drafting proposals for annual plans and programmes, revised budget and reports on financial realization;
  • Providing analysis and reports on realization of annual plans;
  • Financial operation affairs;
  • Payroll affairs;
  • Monitoring financial obligations of the party under the current contracts for provision of goods and services funded out of the credit funds and party’s own resources;
  • Business transactions bookkeeping and providing semi-annual and annual statements;
  • Cash flow monitoring and liquidity planning;
  • Proving records and monitoring of collection of all type of income;
  • Internal control of financial records and operations;
  • Monitoring the billing procedure in all matters;
  • Economic and financial affairs related to the drafting of the decisions under the public procurement procedures and the conclusion of contracts;
  • Participating to the public procurement procedures within its field of competence, in accordance with the Rulebook on Public Procurements
  • Processing proposals, opinions, conclusions and decisions of the Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina bodies within its field of competence;
  • Drafting the normative acts within its field of competence;
  • Providing reports, information and other data to the relevant bodies;
  • Drafting proposals for specific procurement procedures within its field of competence;
  • Cooperating with the relevant state, federal and cantonal institutions and their bodies, as well as other government departments;
  • Organization of other affairs within its field of competence,
  • Cooperating with other organizational units within Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
