Access to Information
Right of access to information under the control of Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo, is regulated by the Freedom of Information Act of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BH, No. 32/01) and the Amendments Act to the Freedom of Information Act of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of the Federation of BH, No. 48/11).
As provided in Article 4 of the act: “Any natural or legal entity is entitled to access to information under control of public authority where any public authority has a due obligation to report such information. The right of access to information may be restricted only in the manner and under the conditions established by this act”.
Access to Information Request Form shall:
- Be in writing in one of the official languages of the Federation of BH;
- Provide sufficient information on the nature and/ or content of the information to enable the public authority to find the requested information with reasonable effort;
- Include the name of the applicant and his address.
- Be sent by mail, personally submitted to Roads of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Terezija 54, 71000 Sarajevo, BH, or sent to the e-mail address info@jpcfbih.ba
